AMP 2010 Offshore Convention in Dublin

John Hamrock was a guest speaker for the AMP 2010 Offshore Convention which was hosted in Dublin.  Over 450 people participated from both Australia and New Zealand.  John provided a plenary presentation on 'Family Lines' on Wednesday, 14 April 2010 at The Helix, Dublin City University.  

  

On Friday, 16 April 2010, John ran two back to back 90 minute genealogy workshops for the AMP visitors.  Aiden Feerick provided photographs of the event.  They would like to thank the AMP convention attendees and the ABT organisers, particularly PJ Fulcher-Meredith and Jane Charleston.  Ancestor Network would also like to thank Failte Ireland for providing copies of their recently published 'Tracing Your Ancestors in ireland' brochure to the conference attendees.

 

Other Events

Aiden Feerick and John Hamrock attended the 'Who Do You Think You Are? Live' Conference and Exhibition at the Olympia in London which took place from 26th through 28th February 2010. This was an exciting and very well attended event.
